Billy Cat Haiku
Sun streaks, warm on fur,
Orange stripes, a gentle purr,
Eyes, warm golden gleam.
Billy Cat judges,
Striped monarch on cardboard throne,
Brass eyes pierce my soul.
Sun warms ginger fur,
Billy Cat dreams softly now,
Golden, peaceful nap.
Stripes of fire bright,
Golden eyes watch the world turn,
Purring, warm and soft.
Summer fur, orange dream,
Billy Cat, a sleepy sigh,
Warm, soft, purring friend.
