From Stray to Royalty: The Tales of Mama Ninja
Her whiskers twitch as she dreams.
Is she watching a bird outside the window,
Or chasing dappled sun beams,
As she slumbers upon her pillow?
Her coat is fluffy and silky grey,
Her boots and bib are white.
Her nose is a soft pink bouquet,
And her toe-beans are a precious sight.
She once was an outdoor stray,
Keeping her own company.
She could come or go, leave or stay,
Despite being alone, she was free.
Now she is an indoor princess,
Doing exactly what she pleases,
And like any cat will never confess
To loving our hugs and squeezes.
